Rio Grande, in the far south of Brazil, ships the soybean, rice and meal of Rio Grande do Sul and is a frequent bunkering call for vessels heading to or from the River Plate. Charters delivered here combine an on-hire survey with the first bunker delivery, so one attendance has to establish both the ROB at delivery and the quantity received.
