Tank, hold and bunker surveys at Montevideo

Montevideo is the hub port of the River Plate: tankers clean and prepare tanks here between a clean-product discharge and a vegetable-oil loading up river, bulk carriers wait for their berth or take bunkers at the offshore anchorage, and time charters are delivered and redelivered at Recalada. It is also where cargo interests want an independent surveyor before the vessel commits to the next cargo.
