In the case of tankers, we assist vessels throughout the full turnaround process—from the discharge of clean products such as gasoil to the loading of sensitive cargoes like soybean oil. We supervise tank cleaning operations, assist with tank inspections and approvals, and act as Protecting Surveyors to ensure readiness and compliance before loading.
For bulk carriers, our priority is to ensure cargo holds are approved on the first inspection and to support the operation during hose tests and cleanliness checks. We act as Protecting Surveyors, assist during draft surveys, and verify that loaded quantities match the Bill of Lading. We work closely with the vessel’s command, even remotely if necessary, to validate maximum cargo intake and ensure that the vessel loads to the permitted draft—optimizing trim, preventing air pockets, and maximizing freight performance.
Whether at berth or at anchorage, with remote or on-site presence, we offer port captaincy, bunker and draft surveys, tank and hold condition reports, and cargo operation supervision with precision, accountability, and total availability.
